Agenda Discussions:

1. The minutes for the February 14^th Guemes Island Ferry Committee / Public Works / Berk Associates meeting were approved.

2. Discussed the abuse of the current Frequent User Cards.  Various scenarios were discussed in an attempt to arrive at a system that is equitable, enforceable, and economically responsible.  It was agreed that prior to modifying fares, all current revenue receivables due, must be collected.

3. Potential candidate recommendations for the Fare / Schedule Task Force were discussed.

4. A letter to S. Flude, Skagit County Public Works, stating some of the committees concerns and recommendations regarding the interim addition of a fourth crew person to solve the State Auditors demand for greater accountability, was drafted and attached to an email.

5. An amended version of the Fare/Schedule Task Force enabling County Resolution was forwarded to S. Flude.
